Our Principal Broker, Tina Hogan, has worked in the property management industry since 2003. During this time she has gained the hands-on experience necessary to excel as a property manager. Tina earned the title of Residential Management Professional® in 2010 and Master Property Manager® in 2011. She has also gained the trust and recognition of her peers, being elected to serve as President of the Central Arkansas Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers® in 2011.
Philip Hogan, our Co-owner and Executive Broker, first got started in the property management industry, in 2005, as a property maintenance vendor. He has extensive experience with the maintenance side of the business. Philip graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and holds a BA in Business Administration. Philip brings a great combination of education and experience to Solid Rock Property Management, LLC.
