Tina Hogan, our Licensed Principal Broker and Owner, has 20 years experience in the property management industry. Tina started her career in property management as an administrative assistant and quickly climbed the corporate ladder, becoming an associate broker with an established property management firm in little rock. After serving in that capacity for several years, Tina made the decision to branch out on her own and start Solid Rock Property Management, LLC. During her time as a property manager, Tina has gained recognition in the property management industry, obtaining the designation of Master Property Manager, and serving as President of the Central Arkansas Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. In her personal time, Tina enjoys spending time with her family, serving at church, camping, amateur photography, and scrapbooking.
Philip Hogan, our Co-Owner and Licensed Executive Broker, has 15 years experience in the property management industry. After starting out in the Property Management industry as a make-ready maintenance contractor, Philip served as the Leasing Coordinator and Maintenance Coordinator for an established Little Rock Property Management Company. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2012 with a Bachelors in Business Administration, Philip obtained his Arkansas Real Estate License and joined the office staff of Solid Rock Property Management. As a property manager, Philip is well qualified and brings a great combination of education and experience to Solid Rock Property Management. On a personal level, Philip enjoys spending time with his family, serving at church, camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, playing guitar, and watching the Razorbacks.
