PROSPECTIVE TENANTS
Solid Rock Property Management, LLC would like to thank you for your interest in our Rental Properties. If you would like to rent one of the properties that we manage, you will need to complete and return a Lease Application for each adult that will be living in the property. You will also need to pay an application fee for each application that is submitted. The Lease Application can be downloaded by clicking on the link in the “Downloads & Useful Links” section of this page. All application fees can be paid using the Lease Application Payment Page, which can also be found in the “Downloads & Useful Links” section. (Please make sure to pay for the correct number of applications, since the application fees are non-refundable).
CURRENT TENANTS
Please Remember that all rents are due on the 1st of each month and are late after the 3rd of each month. To ensure that you do not incur late fees, we recommend signing up for our Direct Debit service. To sign up for this service, you simply need to read, complete, and return the direct debit form. Otherwise we recommend always having your rent hand postmarked or shipped certified mail no later than the 3rd of each month.
